NOTICE OF UPDATES TO THIS REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Effective Date: August 1, 2024 (Updated to reflect DBA addendums)

Material Modifications since August 1, 2024: Addition of Section I governing The Covenant System™ DBA.

Entrepreneur Hope LLC ("ENTRHOPE") owns and operates the entrepreneurhope.com website and operates the proprietary academic and theological framework known as The Covenant System™ (a registered DBA). All references to "we", "us", "this website", or "this site" shall be construed to mean Entrepreneur Hope LLC and its respective DBAs.

Due to the distinct nature of the services and digital intellectual property provided by our separate divisions, this policy is divided into two specific jurisdictions. Please refer to the section that applies to your specific transaction.

SECTION I: THE COVENANT SYSTEM:

Notice of Covenantal Impartation (Non-Refundable Policy)

The Nature of the Transaction

Entry into The Covenant System™ is a formal academic and covenantal initiation, not a retail exchange. The intellectual capital housed within this digital academy, including but not limited to the Foundational Charter, the Sign of Jonah Audit, and all internal curriculum, is highly proprietary.

The Permanence of Impartation

Once you are granted access to the internal curriculum and Thrive Learn portals, the impartation of the Apostolic Plumb Line™ fundamentally alters your theological architecture. Because the cognitive acquisition of these forensic frameworks cannot be reversed, and the legal exactitude of the Divine Checkmate cannot be “unlearned” or “returned,” all executed administrative honorariums, digital access fees, and curriculum tuition are strictly non-refundable.

Revocation of Access and Subscription Cancellations

While you retain the unencumbered right to cancel your registration and voluntarily terminate your ongoing access to the Active Docket or future recurring billing at any time, the financial execution of past access to the proprietary architecture is final. To cancel an ongoing subscription to prevent future charges, please manage your billing preferences within your student portal or contact us directly.

SECTION II: ENTREPRENEUR HOPE LLC (B2B DIGITAL SOLUTIONS)

At Entrepreneur Hope, we are committed to helping you achieve success through our tailored digital solutions. We stand by our promise: if you don’t see results, you don’t pay us a penny.

Eligibility for Refunds (Service Guarantee)

If you do not see an increase in conversions after fully implementing our strategies, you are eligible for a full refund of the services rendered.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds under this guarantee are strictly conditional upon the following:

You must have fully implemented our recommended strategies exactly as instructed.
You must have maintained active communication and provided us with requested feedback regarding your progress during the campaign.
If you have not implemented the strategies or ceased communication, your refund request will be denied.
Sovereignly Systematic, Not Automatic™

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for services that have been fully utilized or completed unless they strictly fall under our conditional service guarantee.
Any promotional or discounted services may have specific terms associated with refunds; please refer to the terms provided at the time of your specific purchase.

Refund Requests and Processing Time

Timeframe: To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within thirty (30) days of receiving the service.
Process: To request a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] with the following information: Your full name, the email address used for the purchase, a description of the service provided, the date of service, and the reason for the refund request (including proof of implementation).
Review & Issuance: Upon receipt, we will review your request and respond within two (2) business days. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in US dollars (USD) to the original payment method.
